About the Author:

Sankara “Le Prince Heritier” Olama-Yai currently lives near DC. He is of African descent, born of Beninese and Cameroonian parents. His passions include traveling, art, songwriting, film and occasional Netflix bingeing. He has two forthcoming poetry books with Vital Narrative Press to be published in the following calendar years. His writings and poetry attempt to explore globally controversial issues, while giving an introspective look into the author's mind and a critical view of society and human nature. His poems have been published by Rising Phoenix Press, Weasel Press, Literary Yard, InSpiritry “Building Bridges-Making Peace”, Military Experience and the Arts Blue Streak”, and other publications In addition to having won four Scholastic Art & Writing awards for poetry and short story writing.
